This is Paul Tribett, who is one of our favorite area icons. He has been arrested many, many times for huffing spraypaint, most recently in Bellaire, OH, covered in gold paint, as you can see. He has become nationally famous for this unforgettable mugshot. He has been featured in newspapers and jokes across the country, and has even become a Fark.com cliche.
